IMPORTANT. Please apply by 11 April 2026, but do not send any money at this stage. You will be asked to pay the deposit of £100 only once your place has been confirmed. Please read the Terms & Conditions set out on this form and indicate your acceptance by ticking the appropriate box.
Terms & Conditions
- Laudemus! is a small choir, and a balance of voice-parts each year is essential. An application to sing with the group is therefore not a guarantee of acceptance.
- Singers will be notified of the success of their application no later than 30 April 2026, at which point a non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable.
- The Trustees reserve the right to refuse an application without stating the reason.
- If necessary, the Trustees may amend features of this event including but not limited to the times, the venues, the tutors and the facilities.
- In the event of cancellation by the Trustees, any monies paid will be refunded in full.
- The Trustees cannot be held responsible for any ancillary costs incurred by participants as a result of cancellation. Participants may wish to check their holiday insurance for the terms of cover.
- A second instalment of fees, according to residential preferences, is due no later than 30 June 2026. Alternative payment arrangements may be agreed with the Course Administrator.
- The final balance of fees is calculated according to the quantity of music ordered and any extras (meals, parties, etc) not charged for in advance. Final invoices are issued as soon as possible after the end of the course and are payable within two weeks.
- In the event of cancellation by a participant, monies other than the deposit will be refunded as follows:
- notice of withdrawal received on or before 30 June 2026 – 100% refund
- notice of withdrawal received between 1 July and 1 August 2026 – 50% refund
- notice of withdrawal received after 1 August 2026 – no refund
- Singers with impaired mobility or suffering from a medical condition which might reasonably be expected to impinge on their ability to manage without assistance, or which might affect the normal participation of others in the group, are asked to consult the Course Administrator before applying.
- Singers aged under 18 at the start of the course are not normally accepted. The Trustees may consider special circumstances: please speak to the Administrator.
